Co-hosted with Cadence of Brooklyn Strength, this Virtual 5k/10k Run Club is a virtual group running program that offer the support and accountability of a running club with a curated, personal approach to training. All team meets and runs are virtual.
You get 10 weeks of customized programming designed for all levels, with adaptive and scalable workouts based on your individual progress each week. By tracking your runs on Strava, Coach Rachel is able to give customized feedback and workouts each week. (plus cheers!)
This comprehensive program offers weekly Live Virtual group debrief sessions with your running coach as well as Brooklyn Strength, as well as access to the recordings incase you can’t make it in time.
On top of the live Virtual experiences you have access to weekly recorded 10 minute Fascia Release™ modules to continue to support balance in your training both physically and mentally.
