Single Session Coaching (1 hour, $150)

Not sure if you need a full roll-out of online coaching + plan, but need some guidance if you want to venture on your own? Get personalized coaching guidance and a full debrief to meet your goals as you take your training solo. This can be an add-on to any of the Premium Training options (below), or if you know you can do your own training without a formalized/curated plan from me but have questions or feel like you need guidance or structure to your own training plan. Perfect for those training for longer-distance/endurance events.

What you get:

  • A full hour (can be broken up into 2 x 30 min sessions) call to discuss athlete’s goals, fitness, and schedule

  • An ‘AMA’ (Ask-Me-Anything) call with Coach Rachel about anything you need/want to know about training and your race

  • A debrief email and information about fueling/hydration, and race-prep

  • Option to do 2 x 30 min coaching call

Premium Training + Online Coaching (3 months, $295/month*)

  • Unlimited email communication throughout your training cycle

  • 1 x 30 min coaching min per month

  • Injury prevention tips, strength and cross-training suggestions

  • Race preparation and strategy

  • Initial evaluation/fitness assessment

  • Training advice, wellness/nutrition tips, and encouragement to help you stay on track and push you to reach your potential

  • Workouts are prescribed on a monthly basis, with modifications as needed.


$295/month for 3 months (2 options* for payments). Start date is dependent on athlete’s goals and after an initial evaluation/assessment.

NEW: Virtual 5k/10k Run Club

Co-hosted with Cadence of Brooklyn Strength, this Virtual 5k/10k Run Club is a virtual group running program that offer the support and accountability of a running club with a curated, personal approach to training. All team meets and runs are virtual.

You get 7 weeks of customized programming designed for all levels, with adaptive and scalable workouts based on your individual progress each week. By tracking your runs on Strava, Coach Rachel is able to give customized feedback and workouts each week. (plus cheers!)

This comprehensive program offers bi-weekly Live Virtual group debrief sessions (3 total) with your running coach as well as Brooklyn Strength, as well as access to the recordings incase you can’t make it in time.

On top of the live Virtual experiences you have access to weekly recorded 10 minute Fascia Release™ modules to continue to support balance in your training both physically and mentally.
